A complete reshuffle has taken place in the FTBL Top 23 for Argentine players with 5 new names breaking into the elite, only one of whom plays in a leading European league.
Lazio’s goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo, who earned 7.85 rating points after conceding not a single goal in the game against Reggina, saw his rating climb to 55.76 points. He is now amongst the three best Argentine goalkeepers.
Caen’s defender Pablo Barzola has also joined the FTBL Top 23. Barzola was instrumental in his side’s recent 2:0 win over Socheaux. He now has 77.41 points over all.
Three Argentines playing in the local league are now in the Top 23: they are Huracan midfielder Mario Balotti, San Lorenzo forward Gonzalo Bergessio, and Lanus’s Jose Sand (pictured).
