Rubin midfielder Aljandro Domingez scored a hat-trick in his side’s 5:0 trashing of lowly Saturn in Russian Premier League action yesterday, boosting the Argentine’s rating to 75.67 and earning him spots in the FTBL Top 23 and the Top 23 of best Argentine players in the Russian league. Domingez, with five goals to his name, is also now the top scorer in the league.
The Argentine proved that the two years spent on the bench at Zenith St.Petersburg had neither eroded his skills nor his ability to deliver surgical killer strikes from the distance.
His three goals came from stunning strikes from far out in the pitch, leaving Saturn goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky helpless.
The Argentine earned 30 rating points in the game, and Saturn are now level with 14 points in first place in the standings with FC Moskva.
