Is it right to train the worst enemy?

Fans of Aston Villa staged a real obstruction to the new coach Alex McLeish. And all this just because he had previously headed their historic rival Birmingham City. Feelings of the fans are understandable, but they should recall that there are many examples of successful work "in the enemy camp." Yet, the logic is logic but emotions are hard to resist. Personally you, would you admit the former mentor of your sworn enemies to coach your favorite team?
