At first glance, the Italian league looks more impressive. Over the past 10 years clubs of Serie A won the Champions League three times, while Bundesliga can boast only by two vice-championships. However, in the UEFA Rankings table Germany is third with a huge margin from holding fourth position Italy. It happened because German 'second best' clubs in general show themselves better in European competitions than Italian ones. Do you think the rating in this case reflects the situation properly?
