CSKA Moscow’s Brazilian forward Vagner Love (pictured left), who scored the winner from the spot for his side in the clash against rivals Zenith St. Petersburg (2:1), earned 15 rating points as a bonus and now has 88.30 points over all. He now has his sight apparently set on the top spot of the FTBL Top 23 for the Russian league, where teammate Milos Krasic suddenly seems vulnerable.
With 99.69 points over all, Krasic will have a plank of 15 rating points to beat in the next game against Kuban; that is, if he can recover form the injury he suffered lately. Vagner, meanwhile, will have a plank of just 0.60 rating points to beat in that game.
Lokomotiv Moscow forward Peter Odemwingie had a double in his side’s 4:0 trashing of Terek and has returned to the Top 23 for the Russian league. He earned 13 rating points in the game and now has 69.00 points over all.
