The absence of Brazilian playmaker Diego means that forwards Claudio Pizarro (pictured left) and Markus Rosenberg will have to step in and lead Werder Bremen in their UEFA Cup final clash against Shakhtar Donetsk’s legion of Brazilian samba boys.
Pizarro will have a low plank of 0.80 rating points to beat, and, with his current tally of 106.89 points, he could break into the FTBL Top 23 for the Bundesliga if he produces a good enough performance or scores. That would also open the doors of the FTBL Top 23 for South America for Pizarro. However, all this will be possible only if Bremen win. Sweden international Rosenberg currently has 98.76 points over all and a plank of 0.24 rating points to beat in the final.
