Former Olympique Lyon and current Fluminense forward Fred (pictured) seems to have re-discovered the flair that once earned him a place in the Brazil national squad and a transfer from Gremio to Lyon in 2004.
Fred grabbed the winner at the 88th minute this weekend in the clash against Botafogo to help his side to a narrow win, extending his productive streak to two games.
The 25-year-old has boosted his rated to 91.07 points, returning in the FTBL Top 23 of the Brazilian Serie A and grabbing the 2nd spot in the rating of forwards. Fred still ranks a distant 118th in the FTBL rating of the world’s best forwards.
