Robben Makes Up for Lackluster Season End at Madrid

Real Madrid’s Dutch forward Arjen Robben (pictured right) more than made up for his lack of form at the end of the season in La Liga as he helped the Netherlands to relatively easy  wins against Iceland and Norway in World Cup 2010 qualifiers, improving his rating in the process.

Robben earned 71 rating points in the two games to boost his tally to 104.96 points and claim the 3rd spot in the rating of Dutch forwards. The Dutchman now trails Raul by just 0.98 points rating-wise among Real forwards.

Robben’s return in the Top 23 could be around the corner if he continues to display such form when the football season resumes in Europe.
