Arsenal’s Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas earned a whopping 32.14 rating points in Spain’s 5:0 win over New Zealand in the Confed Cup in South Africa and is now poised to claim a spot in the FTBL World Top 23.
With a rating of 107.69 points at the moment, Fabregas will have a perfect chance in the coming match against Iraq to boost that tally and join the elite group of the world’s best players.
Fabregas exited the World Top 23 last February, and he has not displayed much stability until now.
