Club Atlético Huracán’s young midfielder Javier Pastore (pictured) has captured the leadership in the FTBL top 23 of U-21 midfielders despite competition from more celebrated players from powerhouses such as Arsenal, Barcelona, and even Real Madrid.
With a tally of 97.32 points, Pastore ranks 48th in our rating of the world’s top midfielders, while he is 4th among Argentinean playmakers and 1st in the Top 23 of the Argentinean Primera A.
Pastore is ahead of Arsenal’s Brazil young talent Denilson (95.05 points), while Barcelona’s Busquets is in 7th place with 74.73 points, and Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain is in 8th place with 74.29 points.
