FC Schalke 04 goalkeeper Manuel Neuer (pictured) has claimed the 3rd spot in the FTBL ranking of Bundesliga goalkeepers. The youngster returned in the elite after keeping his slate clean as Germany beat England 4:0 in the final of the U-21 European Championship.

Neuer picked up 14.56 rating points to boost his tally to 72.30 points. He now ranks 2nd in the FTBL rating of German goalkeepers, behind only Stuttgart veteran Jens Lehmann (76.30 points). Neuer is 25th in the FTBL world ranking of goalkeepers.

Neuer took the 3rd position in the rating from Hertha Berlin’s Czech goalkeeper Jaroslav Drobny, who has not played since the beginning of June. Nonetheless, Drobny, who has 68.39 points at the moment, remains in 2nd place in our ranking of Czech goalkeepers.
