Barcelona defender Martin Caceres (pictured) could be on his way to joining Italian Serie A side Juventus. The Uruguayan, who had little playtime with the Catalans last season because of recurring injuries, will have to try hard if he wants to avoid the same fate at Juventus.
With an FTBL rating of just 22.56 points at the moment, Caceres will trail even the lowest ranked defenders at Juventus: Italy international Fabio Cannavaro, who is not in his best form at the moment, still has a higher rating of 32.29 points, while even Jonathan Zebina has 34.36 points under his belt.
If the deal goes ahead, Caceres will most probably have to compete against Zebina for a place in the first team. But the French picks up more rating points on average per game (6.2 against 4.75) and has a better star index (2.1% against 1%).
Caceres, who at one point last season managed an overall rating of 70 points, could take heart in the fact that Zebina has never made it beyond the 60-point mark in the our rating.
