Mexico and club America keeper Guillermo Ochoa (pictured) has captured the lead in the FTBL ranking of Mexican goalkeepers, in addition to now being the best in the Mexican Primera Division, following the 5:0 humiliation of the U.S. team in the final of the Gold Cup.

It is worth nothing that Ochoa was not even among the 3 best goalkeepers in the two categories ahead of the final game against the U.S. The huge victory, and his performance, propelled the Mexican right to the top.

Ochoa earned 10 rating points in the game to take his tally to 38.65 points. He now ranks 148th in the FTBL world ranking of goalkeepers.
