Goiás young defender Ernando (pictured in a green jersey) has captured the 5th spot in the FTBL world ranking of U21 players with 59.36 points over all.
Ernando initiated his ascent in the chart on July 18, when his side trashed Fluminense 4:1 in the Brazilian Serie A action. His rating has risen in 4 games in a row, with victories over Atlético Mineiro and Atlético Paranaense. Ernando earned 20 rating points in those games.
The youngster is more than likely to further boost his tally by at least 1 rating point when his 6th game is discarded the next time we compute his rating.
