Olympique Marseille’s Steve Mandanda (pictured) re-claimed the top spot in the FTBL ranking of goalkeepers in the French Ligue 1 when he helped his side to a 2:0 win over Grenoble in the season opener yesterday.

Mandanda is now back in 1st place with a tally of 104.95 points, ahead of Bordeaux’s Ulrich Rame, who has 94.15 points. Mandanda picked up 11 rating points in the game.

The France international is now 7th in the FTBL world ranking of goalkeepers, 13 rating points behind the world leader.
