Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko (pictured in a white jersey) yesterday showed he has no intention of slowing down with his goal-scoring ways as he contributed one in his side’s 3:1away win over FC Köln in Bundesliga action.

The Bosnian international leveled the score at the 72nd minute in the game and picked up 16.58 rating points to lift his tally to 243.24 points and retain the 2nd position in the FTBL world ranking of strikers.

Atlético Madrid’s Uruguayan Diego Forlán (263 points) is currently the only striker in the world with a better rating than Dzeko’s. But Forlán will face a daunting plank of 40 rating points to beat in his next appearance. If the Uruguayan fails to score at least a double, the gap between him and Dzeko is likely to close considerably.
