Tottenham Hotspur’s striker Jermain Defoe (pictured in a white jersey) is having a fantastic start of season, which he demonstrated once again with the first goal as Spurs extracted a 2:1 win away at West Ham United in Premier League action.
The England international has scored 4 goals in his first three appearances this season for Spurs. He picked up 20.63 rating points for the one against West Ham to take his overall FTBL rating to 148.1 points.
With that tally Defoe ranks 21st in the FTBL World Ranking of strikers, while he is second only to Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney (209.62 points) in the FTBL ranking of English strikers.
Defoe is now the second Spurs striker in the FTBL Top 23 of the Premier League in addition to Croatian Luka Modric (108.79 points).
