The Blues 100% record so far in the English Premier league has pushed Cote d’Ivoire star striker Didier Drogba (pictured) up to 6th place in the FTBL World Ranking of strikers. Drogba captured the spot after Chelsea’s 3:0 win over newly promoted Burnley yesterday.

The Cote d’Ivoire international has collected a huge tally in his last five appearances alone to boost his overall FTBL rating to 179.17 points. Drogba has all chances of further improving his ranking in the coming games if he resumes scoring.

But Drogba will have to withstand fierce competition from the likes of Barcelona new boy Zlatan Ibrahimovic (174.65 points), Atlético Madrid’s Sergio Agüero (173.84 points), and Wolfsburg’s Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko (173.13 points). Teammate Nicolas Anelka (172.68 points) will be a serious competitor as well.
