It appears Dutch international Wesley Sneijder (pictured) made the right choice when he traded Real Madrid for Inter Milan, as he helped the Nerazzurri deal a crushing 4:0 defeat to arch-rivals AC Milan in their Serie A opener yesterday.
Sneijder was in the starting 11 and played 74 minutes, earning 11.76 rating points in our system. He now has an overall FTBL rating of 96.93 points, which corresponds to the 46th spot in the FTBL World Ranking of midfielders.
The Dutch international has also moved up to 2nd place in our ranking of Dutch midfielders, behind Bayern Munich’s Mark van Bommel (123.76 points), while he debuts in 8th place in our ranking of Serie A midfielders.
