Manchester United’s Darren Fletcher (pictured left) broke into the top tier of the FTBL ranking of Premier League midfielders after a fine performance in the Red Devils’ 4:3 win over bitter city rivals Manchester City last Sunday.

Fletcher scored two of the four goals, all in spectacular fashion. He beat his plank for game and added 7.9 rating points to take his overall FTBL rating to 114.33 points.

The Scotland international is now in 6th place in our ranking of Premier League midfielders, where competition is fierce. He is the first Manchester United midfielder to return in the top tier of the FTBL ranking in the category since the last one exited about a month and a half ago.
