CSKA Moscow's Chilean midfielder Mark González (pictured left) was stellar in his side’s 4:0 trashing of second-from-the-bottom-placed Kuban in Russian league action yesterday, netting a double to see his FTBL rating increase by 23.45 rating points to 64.27 points, one of the highest among midfielders in the entire Russian league.
The Chilean seems to have recovered well from injury, is improving game after game, and is becoming one of coach Juande Ramos’s key men.
González ranks 2nd in our list of Chilean midfielders behind AS Roma’s David Pizarro, who has a tally of 77.01 points at the moment.
