The overall FTBL rating of Arsenal’s Cameroon international Alexandre Song (pictured) hit its all-time high in our system after the Gunners crushed Blackburn Rovers 6:2 in Premier League action last Sunday.
The Cameroonian played the entire game, picking up 21.36 rating points in the FTBL system to take his tally to 117.14 points, some 17 rating point more than his last peak. He is in 18th position in the FTBL world ranking of midfielders, an achievement for the youngster considering the fierce competition in that segment.
Song is now in 5th place among Premier League midfielders, and he could move further up in case the Gunners win their next game: his plank to beat will amount to approximately 12 rating points. The Gunners have won their last 5 games with the Cameroonian.
