At Real Madrid, where there is today a glut of top football talent, some players are beginning to feel the pinch: France international Karim Benzema (pictured left), has reportedly found it appropriate to criticize team legend Raul. Banzema is reported to have said that Raul is no longer young enough to play with him in tandem. His words seem to be borne out by Raul’s current FTBL rating.
Benzema has an overall FTBL rating of 159.20 points at the moment, while Raul has a tally of 107.75 points. The Frenchman believes that the huge fee (35 million euros) paid for him is reason enough for him to be in the first team.
Benzema is among the best forwards in the Spanish La Liga at the moment. He also leads in the FTBL chart of young players. Raul, in the meantime, is finding more comfort in the ranking of Spanish strikers.
