Inter Milan's Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder could break into the FTBL World Top 23 after tonight’s home game against Palermo in the Serie A, in which case he will push out Bayern Munich’s Germany international Bastian Schweinsteiger, who is scheduled to return to action against Stuttgart only next Saturday.
Sneijder now trails the German by a little over 2 rating points, but he will face a plank of less than 10 rating points tonight, which means he could join the Top 23 if Inter win or even draw. But the Dutch international will still have to play the entire game in any of the two scenarios.
Sneijder has an overall FTBL rating of 120.25 points at the moment, to Schweinsteiger’s 122.41 points.
