Lorient striker Kevin Gameiro (pictured in the foreground) netted a brace in yesterday’s 5:0 hammering of US Boulogne in the French Ligue 1, earning a whopping 32.72 rating points in the FTBL system to break into the Top 23 of the league and the top tier of our ranking of French strikers.

Gameiro boosted his overall FTBL score to 123.15 points. Teammate Marama Vahirua added two, earning 16 rating points to take his tally to 88.54 points. Gameiro is seemingly positioning himself now as a striker to be reckoned with in the future.
