Russian international Andrei Arshavin lifted Arsenal to victory against Liverpool at Anfield Road yesterday by scoring the 2nd goal in the 58 minute (2:1). But a booking and substitution in the dying minutes of the game cost him dearly in the FTBL system and a place in the top tier of our ranking of forwards in the Premier League.

Yesterday’s performance earned Arshavin 21 rating points in our system and, as we have mentioned, he could have earned a lot more had it not been for the yellow card and the substitution. He now has an overall FTBL score of 147.90 points.

If Arshavin is allowed to play against No. 13 Burnley next Wednesday and scores again, he is bound to return in the elite group of top forwards of the Premier League on the FTBL chart.
