In the FTBL world ranking of players over 35, Parma forward Nicola Amoruso (pictured) took the 2nd spot after scoring the winner in the Serie A game against Bologna (2:1), while Boca Juniors star Martín Palermo claimed the 3rd after his double in the 2:0 win over the leaders in the Argentine league, Banfield.

Amoruso picked up approximately 23 rating points in our system, while Palermo earned less.

Amoruso and Palermo, with 93.92 and 81.46 points, respectively, are locked in a battle for the top spot in the ranking. In the meantime, the current leader, Brazil’s Iarley, is on vacation after completing his season.
