Schalke O4’s Germany international Kevin Kurányi, who is 6th in the FTBL ranking of forwards in the Bundesliga at the moment with 122.08 points, could consolidate his position against No. 8 Mainz this coming Saturday.
Kurányi will face a plank of just 6 rating points to beat, but a dramatic rise in the ranking is out of the question: he trails his nearest rival Claudio Pizarro of Werder Bremen by approximately 40 points. The Germany international could still use the opportunity to consolidate his position and, maybe, reduce that gap.
If Schalke lose, tough, Kurányi would most certainly drop dramatically.
