Rangers FC’s Kris Boyd will have a perfect opportunity to consolidate his position at the top of the FTBL ranking of Scottish strikers in today’s league game against No. 3 Hibernian FC.
Boyd rose to 1st place in the ranking after the 6:1 clobbering of Motherwell F.C., in which he scored one of the goals. He added 12.50 rating points in the FTBL system to boost his tally to 91.13 points.
If Boyd scores again tonight, he will probably push his score beyond 100 points, given he will go into the game with a guaranteed bonus of 0.54 rating points. In the meantime, teammate Kenny Miller, who had a double against Motherwell, is 2nd in the ranking with a score of 87.41 points. He goes into today’s game with a high plank of 11.46 points to beat in the FTBL system.
