Wales international Ryan Giggs (pictured) returned in the FTBL Top 23 of the English Premier League following Manchester United’s 3:1 win over Hull City yesterday after picking up 12.47 points to boost his tally to 107.49 points.

The Top 23 of the Premier League is our list of the league’s top 23 players. In our ranking of midfielders in the league, Giggs is in 4th place. He is also now in 1st place in our ranking of midfielders over 35 years old.

In the meantime, star striker Wayne Rooney dropped in the ranking despite inspiring the Red Devils’ win. Because of the daunting plank of 43 rating points he faced in the game, he has now dropped out of the top 6 in our world ranking of strikers, just as we predicted.
