Barcelona star Xavi (left in first row) failed to clear the 200-point mark in the FTBL system despite the Catalans’ 4:0 win over Sevilla in the last round of games in La Liga; he fell 0.46 points short.
In a way, this is only fair, since 200 points would have been somewhat undeserved, given Xavi has scored just 3 goals in his last 35 games. But Barcelona’s overall successes at the moment are so overwhelming that most of the players are benefiting handsomely.
If the Catalans do to Real Valladolid what they did to Sevilla, Xavi will hit 200 points even without a goal to his credit. There’s little doubt Barca can do it; in the last 3 games against Valladolid, they scored 11 goals against just one.
