Russia international Igor Semshov has joined Dynamo Moscow from St. Petersburg powerhouse Zenit. With his current overall FTBL score of 45.01 points, he will be No. 2 among midfielders at the Moscow club, behind Dmitri Kombarov (45.41 points).
Semshov was unable to cement a place in the first team at Zenit, even though his FTBL score hovered around 100 points (briefly), driven mainly by his performances for the Russian national team. Semshov has not scored in a game tracked by FTBL since Russia’s World Cup 2010 qualifier against Wales.
The move to Dynamo should help Semshov’s score, as first-team football becomes more likely. He will face a combined plank of just 0.52 points to beat in the first 4 games of the season.
