David Silva: A Chance to Stop the Bleeding

The last 2 games have been flops in the Fantasy Football’s perspective for Valencia midfielder David Silva; the draw with Tenerife and loss to Sevilla cost him 15 points in value. But the coming league game against Real Valladolid should help stop the bleeding.

With a plank of just 1.93 points to beat and playing at home against the No. 17 in the league (that’s 4th from bottom), the odds are almost stacked in his favor. Valencia have won 4 of the last 5 games between the two. The first-leg game was won hands down 4:2. David Silva added 20.56 points in value then. The hint here is that fantasy owners should buy now. Golden opportunities like this one do not come along that often.

Silva has a score of 89.37 points at the moment. Even a narrow win will send his score beyond 100 points and bolster his standing among the top 23 Spanish midfielders. He is in 8th position on that chart.
