Russian clubs have completed a number of transfer deals over the weekend. Let's try to evaluate them from the point of view of FTBL ratings. Kuban's ranks have been swelled by three players: Marco Ne from Germinal Beerschot, Maxim Zhavnerchik from BATE and Dramane Traore, on loan from Lokomotiv. These acquisitions are fairly dubious from a ratings point of view. Ne and Zhavnerchik both have negative ratings (-1.33 and -1.54 respectively). Traore, who was once considered to be very promising, has only 9.33 points to his credit.
Khimki have bought two players: Viktor Boudianski (pictured) and Vitaly Denisov. Although the former is much better known, he actually has a negative rating. Denisov, on the other hand, has 12.04 points gained in the Ukrainian championship.
It turns out that the most valuable acquisitions have been made by Spartak Nalchik and Rubin. Spartak have signed Kazakhstan goalkeeper David Loriya, who has earned 28.58 points with his national team and in the ranks of the Swedish club Halmstad. Meanwhile, the Argentinean midfielder Juan Emmanuel Culio has arrived in Kazan, having amassed a quite respectable 36.15 points with the Rumanian club CFR Cluj.
