Marseille’s Brazilian forward Brandao (pictured in white) edged past Lyon’s Karim Benzema in the FTBL rating of best forwards in Ligue 1. Brandao has also joined the FTBL Top 23 for South America.
The 28-year-old striker has scored 4 goals in his last five appearances for his side, earning 116.70 rating points in the process. He now has 139.87 points over all.
After such a rise (on average 23 rating points in every game), Brandao has snatched the lead from Lyon’s Karim Benzema, who has 139.11 points.
In addition, the Brazilian has moved up to sixth place in the FTBL rating of South American forwards, where competition is known to be genarally fierce. Brandao ranks second in the rating of Brazilian forwards, just behind Wolfsburg’s Grafite, who has 155.41 points.
