Atletico Madrid’s forward Diego Forlan had a double in the game against Real Betis and returned into the FTBL Top 23 after an absence of a month and a half. Forlan has also joined the leaders of our rating of best forwards in the Spanish La Liga.
The two goals netted the Uruguay forward 25.40 rating points, putting him in 5th place with 197.91 points over all.
Forlan’s stable performance allows him to remain firmly in the lead in our rating of Uruguayan forwards. His closest rivals in the ratings are Palermo’s Edison Cavani and Ajax’s Luis Suarez, who are basically left to compete only amongst themselves.
