Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic (pictured), who scored a goal in his side’s 3:0 win over Sienna in Serie A action yesterday, finally entered the FTBL European Top 23 after earning 23 rating points to take his tally to 171.98 points over all.
Ibrahimovic now ranks ahead of Valencia’s David Villa, who lost 17 rating points in his side’s 0:1 loss to Atletico Madrid. The Spaniard now has 164.94 points over all.
Liverpool’s Yossi Benayoun earned a spot in the FTBL rating of best European midfielders after his side’s 2:0 win over Wigan. He earned 13 rating points in the encounter and now has 139.85 points over all, ahead of Bayern Munich’s Bastian Schweinsteiger (137.94 points).
