Four of the Barcelona players who won the Champions League against Manchester United yesterday at the Stadio Olimpico have returned in the FTBL World Top 23, our rating of the best football players in the world.

Goalkeeper Victor Valdes, skipper Carles Puyol, midfielder Andres Iniesta (pictured), and forward Samuel Eto’o are all back in the world’s football elite as we predicted.

Cameroon international Samuel Eto’o picked up 24.37 rating points (the highest tally of any player) thanks to his goal. He now has 201.19 points over all and ranks 4th in our rating of world best forwards. The remaining Barcelona stars earned between 16 and 17 rating points.
