Stuttgart striker and Germany international Mario Gomes (pictured) has completed the season as the best German forward with an overall FTBL rating of 175.88 points. His reported transfer to Bayern Munich will surely add power to the Bavarians’ attack, as Gomes scored 24 goals last season.

The striker even hit a rating of approximately 225 points last June. He is currently 14th in the FTBL world ranking of forwards.

Gomes is followed in the rating of German forwards by former Bayern Munich striker Lukas Podolsky, who ended the season with 152.22 points. Podolsky had a difficult season being often left out of the starting lineup. His rating recovered somewhat in the dying days of the season.
