Cameroon international Samuel Eto’o, who is set to join Italian Serie A champions Inter Milan in a deal that would see Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic join Barcelona in exchange, will immediately grab the lead in the FTBL ranking of Serie A forwards with his current tally of 176.53 points. Eto’o is also the best African striker at the moment.

Eto’o is rumored to want 10 million euro a year for his services, a condition that is reportedly putting a strain on the otherwise agreed deal.

In the Serie A Eto’o will compete with teammate Diego Milito, who has 149.49 points at the moment. AS Roma’s Francesco Totti is in 3rd place with a rating of 141.10 points.
