Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch, who has an FTBL rating of 100.08 points and ranks second behind Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney (185.29 points) in our ranking of English forwards, could join Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth 12 million euro, according to the English media.
