Italian Serie A side Lazio have come out victorious against Napoli, Fiorentina, AS Roma, and even big spenders Real Madrid in the battle to sign Inter Milan’s Argentine forward Julio Cruz (pictured).
With an overall FTBL rating of just 39.33 points at the moment, Cruz trails every other forward at Lazio: the top-rated player at the club is Macedonian international Goran Pandev with a tally of 98.77 points.
Maybe the Lazio management is hopeful Cruz’s potential will allow him to eventually burst into the leadership in his new club: after all, the Argentine has a career high of more than 200 points. For comparison, Pandev and number two in the FTBL ranking of forwards at Lazio, Mauro Zarate (83.74 points), have rating peaks in the rage of 130 points.
