Media reports are full with speculation that Serie A giants AC Milan are still chasing Real Madrid’s Dutch striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar to plug the hole created after the departure of Brazilian superstar Kaká and the possible departure of playmaker Andrea Pirlo for Chelsea. Huntelaar, who has an overall FTBL rating of 75.65 points at the moment, is at the bottom in the ranking of forwards at Real and could be keen on a move.
The Merengues paid 27 million euros for the Dutch international but are reportedly ready to settle for 20 million euros this time around. English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur could also join the race to sign Huntelaar.
It is worth nothing that Huntelaar will not be among the leaders in Milan, either. The current three nominal strikers at the club have higher FTBL ratings: veteran Filippo ‘Pippo” Inzaghi has 103.56 points, Brazilian wunderkind Alexandre Pato has 80.66 points, while Marco Borriello has 78.93 points.
