Shakhtar Donetsk forward Oleksandr Hladky (pictured right) scored twice as his side crushed city rivals Metalurh Donetsk 4:1 in the 4th round of the Ukrainian league. The striker picked up 15.55 rating points and entered the group of best forwards of the league with a tally of 54.54 points.

The upper echelon of the FTBL ranking of Ukrainian forwards is crowded, with just 15 rating points separating Hladky (6th place) from number-two-ranked Andrej Voronin of Hertha Berlin (69.54 points). Hladky could further climb in the rating in the next game; his plank to beat will amount to a little over 2 rating points.

Only number-one-placed Artem Milevskiy of Dynamo Kyiv has succeeded in widening the gap between himself and the number two with a tally of 103.21 points. But he faces a daunting plank of between 13.04 and 17.70 points in the next game.
