Inter Milan’s Argentine defender Nicolas Burdisso (pictured right) is reportedly the target of AS Roma’s interest. If the deal is completed, the Argentine will be better placed in the FTBL ranking among defenders at Roma than he is at the San Siro.
With an overall FTBL rating of just 40.66 points at the moment, Burdisso is ahead of only bottom-placed Marco Materazzi, who has a tally of 33.48 points. At Roma the Argentina international will move a rank up ahead of Souleymane Diamoutene (24.38 points) and Simone Loria (22.71 points).
Despite a good showing in the friendly against Russia yesterday, Burdisso is still not among the best Argentine defenders rating-wise. But Roma boos Luciano Spaletti seems to think the Argentine could help his side mount a credible claim for the Scudetto this season.
