Hamburg’s Croatian striker Mladen Petric (pictured) had a hat-trick as his side pummeled French underdogs Guingamp 5:1 in their Europa League playoff game in France yesterday.

The effort earned the Croatian international 28.48 rating points to boost his FTBL overall rating to 145.24 points, his career-high since we have been tracking him. Petric is now in 25th place in the FTBL World Ranking of strikers.

In addition, Petric is now comfortably in the FTBL Top 23 of the Bundesliga: he is in 4th place among Bundesliga strikers and second only to Bayern Munich’s Ivica Olic (158.83 points) in our ranking of Croatian strikers.
