Croatian midfielder Niko Kranjcar (pictured left), who joined Tottenham Hotspur this season, remains an outsider at his new club with an FTBL rating of just 23.85 points at the moment. But all that could change soon if the Croatian, who cost Spurs 2.5 million ponds, can follow the lead of his compatriots at Spurs.
Kranjcar will have a plank of 11 rating points to beat when Croatia take on Belarus. But he is already guaranteed a bonus in each one of his following four games; he dropped those rating points last season while still at Portsmouth in three games against Manchester City, Birmingham City, and Fulham (0:1), and against Arsenal (1:4). For Kranjcar to boost his FTBL rating, all Spurs need to do is avoid a loss.
The other two Croatians at Spurs are faring better for the moment: Luka Modric, with an overall FTBL rating of 100.97 points, tops the FTBL ranking of Croatian midfielders and is 3rd among midfielders at Tottenham, while Vedran Corluca is the best among Croatian defenders and at Spurs.
