Inter Milan’s Sulley Muntari (pictured) led his country Ghana to a 2:0 home win over Sudan in their World Cup 2010 qualifier yesterday and captured a spot among the top 8 Serie A midfielders in the FTBL ranking.
Muntari scored the second goal and was rewarded with 12.58 rating points in our system, which has boosted his overall FTBL rating to 96.71 points.
The Ghana international is now in 49th place in the FTBL World Ranking of midfielders. He is second only to Chelsea’s Michael Essien in our ranking of Ghanaian (112.07 points) midfielders, while he ranks 8th among midfielders in the Italian Serie A.
