Barcelona forward and France skipper Thierry Henry (pictured) kept Les Blues’ hopes of making it to next year’s World Cup in South Africa alive when he equalized against Serbia in their qualifier last Wednesday (1:1): he earned enough rating points in our system to return in the top tier of the FTBL World ranking of forwards.
Henry was likewise on target against Romania in a qualifier that ended in the same score, but this time before the home crowd.
Henry has now boosted his overall FTBL rating to 177.49 points and captured the 6th place in our world ranking of forwards. But he will have a hard time holding on to that spot: his plank to beat in his next appearance will amount to a high 25 rating points.
