Real Madrid left-back and former Brazil international Marcelo (pictured in a white jersey) is proving competitive in the star-studded Spanish side and has captured the lead in the FTBL World Ranking of U21 defenders.
Marcelo has started all of Madrid’s last three games, which the Merengues have won without conceding a single goal. He has picked up approximately 30 rating points in the process.
Marcelo tops the ranking with an overall FTBL rating of 84.44 points. He is also now closing in on Werden Bremen’s Naldo (88.77 points), the number 8 ranked in the FTBL ranking of Brazilian defenders.
